Terms of Service

The simple rules that apply when you book and stay with us.

1. Bookings

Submitting the booking form sends a reservation request — it is not a confirmed booking until our reservations team replies on WhatsApp or by email with a confirmation and your booking reference. Rates shown are per night in Ghana Cedis and may change until confirmed.

2. Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged.

3. Payment

Payment is made on arrival unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, mobile money and major cards.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the first night.

5. House rules

  • Valid photo ID is required at check-in.
  • No smoking inside rooms; designated outdoor areas are available.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care of guests and property but are not liable for valuables left unattended. Please use the in-room safe or reception.
