• Booking details: name, phone number, WhatsApp number or email, dates, guests, room type and any special requests.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or the booking form.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed, used only to keep the site fast and secure.

3. How we use it

To confirm and manage your reservation, to reply on the channel you chose (WhatsApp or email), to keep records required for accounting, and to prevent spam and fraudulent bookings. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that make this site work: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, and our anti-spam provider. Each processes data on our instructions only.

5. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary storage to remember your language, whether you have already heard the welcome message, and your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

6. Retention & your rights

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for the stay and for legal accounting periods, then deleted. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hayfordnicholas7@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to booking records is restricted to authorised staff accounts.
